      All e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue

      Promotional discount codes cannot be used on Gift Voucher purchases. 

      Please note, e-vouchers are electronic gift cards and are issued to the email address specified on the order. If you enter your own, you will need to then forward the email to the recipient.

      E-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

    • Our creative head office is based in South East London, however we manufacture and ship directly from our warehouses in China. All items have a 3-5 day processing time before shipment. You will receive your parcel 7-14 days after it is processed and shipped. 

      Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If you have not received this email please contact us immediately.

      Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package.

      If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.

      We entrust our couriers to deliver your package on time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather problems, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional charges may apply if a delivery is returned to the shipper.

      We are not held responsible for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided. 

      All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are he sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. 

      If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will be immediately notified and refunded the full amount including shipping charges. In the event that we manufacture product to fulfil your order, your order could face a delay of up to 20 days. We cannot offer refunds on the grounds of this delay.

      We have two different warehouses where we store our stock, as a result your order may sometimes arrive to you in two separate packages. If this is the case, you will have been sent two separate confirmation emails with each individual tracking numbers.

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items by reaching out to us at within 7 days of when your order was received. 

      You will be given the returns address in an authorisation email after contacting us.

      • Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
      • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
      • Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
